Wen, Hanzo and I were late 3 freakin’ hours to Otakuthon just because we were working on the wings till the very last minute. :’DDDD And at the end after the weapon check we still had to make emergency straps using wires to keep the wings in place.

Also major thanks to Suzie, Amy and Amy’s mom for helping me adjust Flandre’s dress (Thank you thank you thank you so much I’m so grateful!). <3 Also Hanzo for helping me with all the maintenance work, keeping an eye on me throughout the whole con just incase of some accidents – and most importantly all the wiring and lights work. Turns out very nicely and I looove it.

Strong enough to go through the red vest that I’m gonna wear– that’s how we have been keeping our wings in place without looking very messy in the back.
Lining-up to get our pre-reg tickets. I think the line on the back side was the normal one. Man it was so long!

After getting the tickets, we weapon checked and finally put on the wings with some more adjustments. I think we were standing there for a good 20 mins.
All the lights and crystals are working well! The lights are not too noticeable from afar since it’s indoor–but it looks great so far. I’m satisfied with it after working for sooo long. ;A;

Tomorrow I’ll be Homura to go together with Wen’s Mami and Sakimi’s Kyoko and lesse if I’m not lazy enough to go to the Madoka panel at 10 in the morning. e_e’ Right now I’m typing at 3:50AM and goodness I only have around 3 hours of sleep-ish.

I am the “dude with the four cameras”. The thirty seconds was to start up all four cameras and do a synchronization test before the actual picture !
They record four angles for a multi-facet image. Your pictures came out great, but they will take time to process. I will let you know when they are up ! Your cosplay was beautifully done. It’s amazing how more and more people are putting enormous time and effort into creating really sophisticated costumes. And it really was a joy to behold all this marvelous creativity over those wonderful three days of fantasy…

I was kind of dissapointed by the lack of popularity of the show it seemed as if it no one knew about it but the few who noticed made me pretty happy

Finally found time to upload my pictures of Otakuthon on FB… only seven months late !
I also put a selection of them on DA. I was not completely satisfied with the multi-angle rig because it turns out there weren’t enough cameras ! I am upgrading the rig with many more cameras.
